Can't find the perfect character in our existing collection? We can create a custom character featuring your dancer's costume!

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE ORDERING:
• ORNAMENT NOT INCLUDED
This listing is for custom character artwork only. The ornament or other personalized item must be purchased separately from our shop.
• NO DIGITAL FILE WILL BE PROVIDED
Custom characters are created exclusively for use on physical products purchased from Hart Paper. You will not receive a digital download or artwork file.
• FOR HART PAPER PRODUCTS ONLY
Custom character artwork may only be used on products purchased from Hart Paper and is not available for personal or commercial use outside of our shop.
• COSTUME CUSTOMIZATION ONLY
The custom artwork is created to match the costume shown in your reference photo. Choose your preferred hair and skin tone combination from the available options shown in the photos. Facial features remain consistent with our existing character collection.

SHARE WITH YOUR STUDIO
Custom characters can be shared! Once a character has been created for your costume, other dancers from your studio may use the same character on their Hart Paper purchases without purchasing another custom character upgrade.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Purchase your ornament or other eligible item separately from our shop.
2. One purchase of this listing creates ONE custom character.
Need more than one costume created? Please purchase this listing separately for each different costume so you can submit the correct photos and selections for each character.
3. Send us a clear photo of the costume you would like recreated. Photos should clearly show the front of the costume and as much detail as possible.
4. We will create your custom character and send you a proof through Etsy messages.
5. PROOF APPROVAL IS REQUIRED. Your item will not move into production until your custom character has been approved.
6. Once approved, your custom character will be used to create the item purchased from our shop.

IMPORTANT:
Custom character artwork is designed in the same illustrated style as our existing Nutcracker character collection. The customization is intended to recreate the COSTUME shown in your photo rather than create a portrait or likeness of a specific person.

Please watch your Etsy messages after ordering so your proof can be approved promptly. Delays in proof approval may delay the ship date of your finished item.

Custom artwork remains the property of Hart Paper. Purchase of this upgrade does not include ownership or rights to the digital artwork.

Custom characters are not exclusive designs. Hart Paper reserves the right to add custom characters to our existing character collection and use the artwork on future Hart Paper products.
